Refund policy
For refunds and returns please email us at info@cleanandcarecleaner.com with the order number (ex: CC-XXXX), and the item(s) you’re looking to return or replace.
If your order is delivered damaged, please email us at customerservice@cleanandcarecleaner.com with the order number within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of any damage or leaking. This is required to receive replacement product or a refund, and will help our quality assurance team address any issues.
If you would like to return your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Only products that are unopened and unused can be returned for a refund. A 50% restocking fee will be applied. CLEAN+CARE® products are not available for refund if they are open and/or have been used. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. A return shipping label can be provided if needed. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if a label is provided.
